In addition to what Jakub Jelinek wrote, you can also explicitely
pass configure the path to qt via the --with-qt-dir=DIR,
--with-qt-includes=DIR & --with-qt-libraries=DIR directives.
If this does not work, you will have to check the config.log
for errors. It could also be that the app you are trying to
compile needs an old version of qt.
