Latext Xorg Update Kills NV

I'm having the same problems - but I don't know how to downgrade the 
package - can someone point me in the right direction?

Based on the email I've seen this afternoon - I think I need to edit out 
the 'rhgb' on the boot line.
I did that and managed to get a command line login. But now I need to:

a) downgrade the xorg-x11 package (just that one? or all of the xorg-x....?)
b) reset the GDM process

How do I do those things? Or should I just wait for the next set of 
updates??
