Odd thought here: what if each bug in Bugzilla had its own little
mailing list? That way any given user could get mail and discuss any
given bug on Earth, without having fedora-list (or any other list)
inundated with "update" messages. Seems like a logical extension of the
current Bugzilla's CC list, no?

If database-driven, this could be quite automatic and easily managed,
and of course it's all archived.
