RC3 and VMWare

Well I wanted to test an upgrade from FC2 to the latest and greatest
using VMWare and I've gone nowhere.  With everything from T3 to RC3
every UPGRADE fails with X terminating abnormally.  If I do a clean
install, it goes fine.

Just an FYI.
