Latest rawhide hal/NetworkManager combo freezes machine or does not work at all

the prism drivers? Dont know what they are called (wlan-ng, perhaps?) -
i have an adm8211 card myself (SMC 2635W, 11 mbit. Cheapest card i could
get...)
