Yes, they are all together in CVS.  OOo does not use .po files.

I've already talked to Jeremy about this, while he doesn't particularly
like it he's agreed as long as I do the necessary stuff to the comps
file when I add/delete OOo languages, since he doesn't want to have to
do that.
