This problem when highlighting text seemed like the screen was slightly 
increasing and decreasing horizontal scan. The max setting for one 
legacy video memory is only 1 MB and the other setting is set at 64 MB.

It could have been the beer, but I doubt it. Though I don't see the 
waivering screen now.
