Is it possible to make Fedora load faster?

If this is as painless and straightwforward as you say, why not
implement David's changes yourself and feed them to
bugzilla/fedora-devel chunk for chunk? If the changes aren't too
invasive you'll see them applied. Although probably not for FC4, it's
too late I guess.
