If it doesn't give instructions, do this with superuser privileges:

  cd /usr/share/doc/fedora-release-3.91/
  rpm --import RPM-GPG-KEY*
  rpm --import http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/extras/RPM-GPG-KEY-Fedora-Extras
