GCC 4

[Chuck Forsberg WA7KGX]

I tried GCC 4 on some of my code.  No problems, but there 
complaints that exit() was redefined.  Executables are
smaller than before.

Dhrystone 2 was somewhat slower using the same -O3 flag.
