can't stop yum, must use kill -9

A user on the bug for this suggested that if a user pressed ^C twice on
the same mirror, then yum could exit.
The alternative would be a timer, perhaps two ^Cs within a couple of
seconds would kill yum.

^Z needs to behave better too.
