Anaconda and monitor handling

There's just not much point to it -- the gain is low, the space on the
install images is relatively large, and it is the OS *installer*, after
all.  If you're going to run it often enough that you start getting
concerned about the font, you should probably have switched to kickstart
long ago ;)
