I noticed the audit process fails to start when I reboot my PC and the
below message is in the System log file. Has anyone else seen this
and/or know how to fix it?

Apr 21 18:32:22 localhost kernel: audit(1114122740.375:0): avc:
denied  { setsched } for  pid=2650 exe=/sbin/auditd
scontext=user_u:system_r:auditd_t tcontext=user_u:system_r:auditd_t
tclass=process
