yum remove and cyclic dependencies

Yes, it does. Thank you. It also fixes "yum remove xorg-x11-libs" trying
to remove and upgrade xorg-x11-libs & Mesa-libGL in the same transaction.

What about releasing an updated yum for FC3?

BTW, "yum remove mysql" always download primary.xml.gz:

But not "yum remove xorg-x11-libs".
