/usr/src/build?

Lost my Rawhide /usr partition, and with it the /usr/src directory.
Now, in most recent gcc-debuginfo package, I see lots of symlinks from
below /usr/src/debug to /usr/src/build/585256-i386/BUILD/... which
doesn't exist here. What's supposed to live in /usr/src/build?
Or is this just a broken debuginfo package?
