That is a very handy document.  Handy enough where, IMHO, it needs to be 
in the root directory of the Fedora install cd, labelled "READ ME FIRST" 
... or "IN CASE OF FIRE, READ ME" ... or something similar clever that 
will get someone to actually read it ...
