extras is a path to core.

Get it packaged for extras and it has an easier trip to get to core.

And if FC4's release has shown us anything it has shown us that "sending
off to extras" doesn't mean a whole lot. Extras is immediately
accessible via yum and from what I've heard from various folks being
fairly well received.

So yah - off in extras - but still extremely accessible. :)
