F/OSS community in general and the Fedora Project in particular works.

Alternatively you can always buy Red Hat Enterprise Linux or any of the
other commercial solutions. That way somebody actually (has to) care for
your rants. Or go back to Win31. By now hopefully they will have flushed
out most of the bugs (although with IE you just never know).
