KDE Control Center missing

Apparently it is still there but NOT in the menu.  It comes up under "run 
command".  

Thanks for the tip.  I hadn't actually gotten to looking for it yet.  Still 
trying to track down other bugs between FC4t1 and KDE 3.4beta1.
