This is probably too late to make it into FC4 but maybe it could be an 
early errata? Those who want to test it early can grab and rebuild the SRPM 
from the Logwatch website.

Logwatch 6.1 has been released and is available from www.logwatch.org.

Thanks again to Bjorn for putting this release together, and thanks to
everybody else for your patch submissions.  It sure makes our lives
easier :)

Lots of incremental improvements and clean-up and bug fixes, and some
new features:

- Significant improvements for the --range option (run --range help
  for info)
- New services added: audit, sonicwall, and zz-network (must be
  enabled in logwatch.conf to make it active)
- Added --numeric to inhibit certain DNS lookups
