FC4T1 and Yum Update

Test releases are basically just a snapshot of rawhide, and they update
to rawhide.
I have one box that started as FC4T1, another that started as FC4T2, and
another that started as a post T2 rawhide install.

All the packages are the same. What installing  test3 would give you
though is an opportunity to test and report bugs with the anaconda
installer and post install setup process. It won't however give you
newer packages than what you can currently get with standard yum update.
