Various problems with FC4T3

Brand new installation of FC4T3 x86_64 with everything:

1) xemacs startup gives:

(1) (initialization/error) An error has occurred while
loading /home/nbecker/.xemacs/init.el:

Symbol's value as variable is void: system-name

2) Some selinux warnings at boot:
