Your first step is to verify if the checksum of the downloaded iso image 
file is correct.

Presuming that your checksums match, the possibilities are:

A) Your burn produced a coaster

B) Your BIOS settings need to be changed in order to enable booting off a CD

C) There's an issue with the FC4T3 kernel that prevents it from booting on 
your specific hardware
