FC4t3 selinux relabel not working?

I forced a selinux relabel and rebooted the system. But it doesn't seem
to work. I thought the HDD LED is supposed to blink all the time while
it's relabeling, but it's actually off, it's like the HDD doesn't move
at all.
The system is spending an aweful lot of time doing nothing. I think I'm
going to reset it.
