install question: which cd's

It saves time (and CDs) if the most frequent installs take the
fewest disks.  Frequently it has been the case that the default
package selection can be installed using only the first two CDs.
A previous post in this thread says that FC5test1 works this way.

However, I added system tools, software development, and x11 software
development (but not GNOME development, not KDE development, not
legacy software development) to the default list.  The installer
requested all 5 CDs on x86_64.  It looked to me as if at most
1 package was required from both the fourth and the fifth CD-ROM,
and it seems to me that such package placement could be improved.
