yum broken dep default behaviour

wait - did the updates that were applied have anything to do with the
dep you broke? If so - please file a bug, I'd like to see the debug
information.
If not then that is exactly correct behavior. Just b/c you have a broken
dep somewhere else doesn't mean you can't make these packages over here
work.
