veer 1538 of i686 kernel has the 1532 problem

Where is the actual halting of loading for this kernel error? Is it 
related to the respawning error up to ID "6" or the no more processes to 
load in this runlevel (Exact wording unsure of).

The reason that I ask this is because runlevel 1 does not show the ID 
"6" but still seems to stop at no more processes to load in this runlevel.

Oh well, I suspect the no more processes to load in this runlevel.
