__builtin_vec_new is missing.

Howdy,

I'm trying to run an old version of netscape but it keeps bombing 
with netscape: undefined symbol: __builtin_vec_new.

Would someone please fill me in on which library this function is in
now or perhaps tell me what happened to it?
