Are you perhaps clicking on the "fedora-test-list at redhat.com" link 
rather than the 
"https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-test-list" link?

Doing so will try to open evolution, and will ask you to begin setup if 
it hasn't been set up before.
