Baobab on FC6T2

   Hi guys,
I seem to get strange results from Baobob on FC6T2.
I have two physical disks, 40+80Gb, with 3 major partitions
df says:
 /dev/sda1 19934460 17258560 1646940 92% /
/dev/hda1 101086 31178 64689 33% /boot
tmpfs 256672 0 256672 0% /dev/shm
/dev/sda5 56182236 43533372 9794920 82% /scratch
/dev/hda2 38362000 32781468 3631848 91% /sl3

Which I basically trust.

Baobob says:
Total filesystem capacity 109.3Gb (used 89.3 GB available 20.0GB)
Which agrees.
But the directory tree does not:
/ 99.3GB 100%
/scratch 43.8GB 44.1%
/sl3 36.1GB 36.4%
/home 11.7GB 11.8%
/usr 7.1GB 7.1%
/var 183MB 0.2%
all the rest are smaller.

The totals seem vaguely correct, but not in detail. Are the percentages
seem to be percentages of the total space used, not the space available
on the disk, which is not what is meant, surely?
Also, looking at the graphical display I could not see any free space
there
either.
        Thanks,
             Bill
