/sys/bus/usb/devices vs. /proc/bus/usb/devices ....

So, it's attempting to read the old 2.4-ish /proc/bus/usb/devices
file, when it really should be scanning sysfs (or using HAL, or similar.)

What specifically is it looking for usb devices for?
