Latets yum thoroughly hosed?!

Download http://people.redhat.com/caillon/RPMS/rawhide/sqlite-3.3.2-1.i386.rpm
and run:
rpm -Uvh --force /home/miles/sqlite-3.3.2-1.i386.rpm
Worked for me.
