udev is a implementation of devfs in userspace using sysfs and
/sbin/hotplug. It requires a 2.6 kernel to run properly.

This udev update fixes the following issues:
- pktcdvd device naming (bz #161268)
- dvb permissions (bz #179993)
- pilot symlink creation
- removed last_rule from ttyUSB, ttyS, ttyACM
- added conflict with old module-init-tools
