Upstream changes

The plan is for FC5 to ship with GNOME 2.14 and gcc 4.1.  As those
aren't released yet, we have to continue to track them.  Luckily, these
projects are also slowing down and moving towards release freezes, so
things should work out okay even though there are version updates
involved
