Thanks.  I've made some final changes that should be reflected in
tonight's rescue CDs.  Unfortunately these changes were a bit too late
for FC5Test2, so FC5Test2 PPC CDs and rescueCD are not easily bootable.
One can boot them from openfirmware:

boot cd:,//ppc/mac/ofboot.b

Or one can just use boot.iso which is created by code I didn't write,
and thus still works (;
