This update includes changes to simplify packaging of PECL
and PEAR extensions:
- the "memory_limit" setting used by the /usr/bin/pear and
/usr/bin/pecl scripts is increased
- a set of standard RPM macro definitions has been added to
/etc/rpm/macros.pear
