What version of mkinitrd was installed when you installed the kernel?

What does /etc/fstab look like?

What does 'mkinitrd -v -f /boot/initrd-2.6.15-1.1948.img 2.6.15-1.1948'
say?

Why haven't you filed a bug if it hasn't worked since Feb 13th?
