Password feedback in Anaconda

I too certainly recall that there was a strength limitation. I think it
was redhat linux 7.something that I started with, and i couldn't use the
password i used on windows because it was to easy. If i remember
correctly this applied to installation, if you used the passwd command
the enforcement was not there.
