k3b : unable to blank cd-rw

I run k3b from gnome.
Sure thing : it doesn't umount the device, so cant blank the mounted cd, 
on gnome.
I remember i had the same problem with ... fc3-gnome , maybe, i dont 
remember exactly the system...
