Why move the problem to Extras? Extras is not a dumping ground. The
real problem here is that these are patches to the kernel that are not
upstream and that requires lots of effort to maintain. There is a push
to get these GFS modules accepted upstream and remove the need for these
packages, and thus solve the problem of the drift.
