Update Information:

This update fixes a bug where system-config-securitylevel
will traceback if no SELinux policy packages are installed.
 When run from the menu, system-config-securitylevel will
appear to not do anything.  This bug is fixed by not
displaying the SELinux page if there are no policy packages.
