FC6 + Linksys RV016 network issue

Tried this workaround (from the linked article above):

echo 0 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_default_win_scale
bash: /proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_default_win_scale: No such file or directory

Any ideas why there's nothing there?
