Logwatch for samba needs work?

I have been getting the following messages from Logwatch every day for 
the past week or so:

/etc/cron.daily/0logwatch:

cat: /var/log/samba/cores: Is a directory

The 'cores' directory seems to be created by Samba to hold coredumps of 
its various parts, but fortunately I have not had any coredumps so this 
directory only contains 2 subdirectories: smb and nmb.

It looks to me like the logwatch scripts for Samba need to be updated.

Is anybody else seeing this?
