Precisely.  But "all files" for a particular variant may mean
only a subset of all available files.  Also you may already have
a substantial portion of these files.  Say in a development cycle
when you are testing installation and only some bits-and-pieces
were really changed.

Bittorrent sometimes works and sometimes is not that great
for assorted reasons.

Yes, "the real image" has to be reassembled by a receiving
end of jigdo.
