How to get FC6 LiveCD (i.e. Live-Spin)?

Hi,

Can someone send me info on how to get an FC6 liveSpin CD?
If I have to use bit torrent, provide quick instructions.

I would also like to customize my own liveCD like folks can currently do
with Umbuntu.
