How to get updates from rawhide for FC6Pre?

I think that is likely because:
a. weekend.
b. release imminent.
c. all available bandwidth being prioritised to supply mirrors with the 
release /iso/dvd,cd and /os.
You could check for yourself at the primary site: {whatever arch!}
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/development/i386/os/Fedora/RPMS/
{I can see kernel 12-Oct-2006 19:16 and about twenty other packages have 
been updated, but my country mirrors dont have them yet.}
