I'm still seeing the problem with resume not working with my nvidia card
using the 'nv' driver.  I've filed a bug report on this here: 

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=205170

I've filed against xorg-x11-drv-nv, but someone suggested that it may be
a kernel / xorg conflict so I'm mentioning it here.
