Its just a replacement for the idle loop, it will finish
eventually, and then your prelinked shared libs will
load 10 microseconds faster except for the fact that
the kernel now randomizes the address shared libs load at
so they never load in the same place and prelinking
is utterly useless and probably makes things slower.
