rawhide x86_64 live & HP dv9000

Hello

Just tried rawhide-kde-x86_64-20070801 live dvd with my hp dv9237eu laptop.
Starting X hangs the system. More details here

I have latest bios, F.38 now.

With F7 I have to boot using option pci=noacpi, now I get kernel panic.
I'll attach picture of the panic.
