Update Information:

- Updated xen kernel patch to 3.1.0. With this update, both the hypervisor and the kernel code are from Xen 3.1.0
- Add PACKET_AUXDATA cmsg to af_packet. This should fix problems with dhcp servers and clients within the same xen host
- Fix af_packet checksum handling (bug #248821)
- Added fix to time going backwards on gettimeofday() (bug #236307)
